CASSOELA

GOOD FOR 6-8 PERSONS.
INGREDIENTS:
- MIXED PART OF THE PORK- 900grams
- SALCICIA- 600grams
- PORK SKIN- 100grams
- CHOPPED ONION- 1whole
- VERZA (CURLY CABBAGE)- 1whole
- CARROTS- 200grams (just chop at least 1 inch length)
- CELERY- 200grams (just chop at least 1 inch length)
- COOKING WHITE WINE- 5tablespoons
- BROTH CUBES- 2pcs. (vegetable flavor)
- OLIVE OIL- 2tablespoons
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First prepare all the ingredients. Cut all the vegetables such as the carrots, celery and the curly cabbage. You may also prepare the onions and the skin of the pork, just slice it in normal way.
- After everything is done. You may now prepare your large cooking pot and have it hot.
- Once hot, put now the OLIVE OIL.
- After the olive oil and once it’s hot you may now sauteed the CHOPPED ONIONS, followed by the CARROTS, CELERY and COOKING WINE.
- Then leave for at least 5mins.
- After 5mins, put now the MIXED PART of the PORK, SALCICIA, SKIN of the PORK nad the 2pcs. BROTH CUBES. Then mix it well and let it simmer for at least 10mins.
- After 10mins. you may now start to put the CURLY CABBAGE untill evrything is mix inside. Then wait for at least 1hour untill the meat is tender and untill the curly cabbage will be smash and looks creamy.
- After 1hour or more, the CASSOELA is now ready to serve.
